Dear Adie!
Wow... I wonder if this device really works? (;^_^) Well, if it does... I wanted to say "Hi"! How are you and Oar? *giggles* Everything is well, on Gryphon Islands, where I live. I've told my parents all about our journey, our struggles, and our treasured friendships. They kinda seemed worried, about all the danger and troubles we've faced, but they were really proud of me. (^_^)
You see... when an seer is called to save Serenity, the people of my islands know. And when it was known that I was to be chosen, my parents cried. It's not that they didn't have confidence that I would succeed in my quest, they were afraid that I might get hurt or killed while saving Serenity. Many seers of the past have died, trying to reach the Golden Soul. Too many to count. (-_-)
So, to spare them of the pain of seeing me leave the island, I took a dingy and rowed away, heading for the main continent. And by night, I've reached Rain Shores and headed for the nearest town. That was Rainhaven! And that's where I first met Edeline and Galen! (^o^) ...But, when my parents couldn't find me, and noticed the missing dingy, they knew what had happened. And it was more painful to them, than it would have been, if I'd just said goodbye. They cried for a while. That's the one thing of this journey, that I regret. (-_-)
I know it's only been a few days, but I do miss you all. I miss hearing Galen scream and yell. *giggles* I wonder how Edeline and Galen are doing, by the way. I hope Galen isn't making Edeline worry again. (-_-) Maybe someday soon, we will meet? (o_O)
