It's been five days, yet Fruma hasn't found a way to break the Guardian's seal. She has numerous burns, from past failed attempts, and her patience is wearing thin. "I won't let those Guardians make a fool out of me!" she shrieks, "I'm more powerful than all of them combined!!! So... why can't I figure out this spell?!" She collapses into a heap of frustration and grief. Within the wings of light, Faeda is dreaming, deep in conversation...

Faeda: "You have done so much for me. I am grateful." (^_^)
???: "Of course, we have. There has never been a seer, like you, in all of our years!" (^o^)
Faeda: "Oh, I'm nothing special. I'm just doing what's in my heart." (;^_^)
???: "Your heart is bigger than most. Seers, for many ages, have been successful in their journeys. That is nothing new. But in all history, there's never been an seer who has put love beyond all else. You care for your friends deeply, more than you care for this quest." (^_^)
Faeda: "Oh, no! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to stray from my destiny for so long! Please forgive me!" m(_ _)m
???: *giggle* "It's alright! Don't worry. It's because you cared for everyone, even strangers you didn't know, helping in battles and opening your heart so much, that you had no choice but to delay your quest. We all understand, very much." (^_^)
Faeda: "Ah... But, in the end, what did it mean? Serenity is lost. I cannot continue my journey. And soon, Fruma will break this protective shield..." (-_-)
???: "Don't give up hope, yet... Your friends are on their way..." (^_^)

Galen, Vi, and Oar are staying at an blue ore campground, on The Ice Fields, along with Captain Pete. Vi listens to the song, waiting for instructions to find Lord Zev's lair. "It's been five days." frowns Galen, "Why aren't they giving directions?" "Hmm," says Oar, "I suspect the Guardians are trying to wait, until Edeline and Adie are nearby with troops." "That's what I suspect too." nods Vi. "Looks like the guardians don't trust you either, Galen." teases Oar. "Shut up!" yells Galen.
Vi begins to giggle, but stops to listen. "Okay..." she nods, as if replying to someone, "It's time." "Finally!" sighs Galen. "Follow me." says Vi, rushing through the campground and heading towards the mountains. "Hang on," yells Pete, running to catch up with the others, "Is it time yet?!" "Yes," says Oar, annoyed, "Don't worry about it. Go finish your job with the blue ores." "Don't be stupid," frowns Captain Pete, "I'm coming along to help!" "But," winces Galen, "What about Barty?" "Yes," agrees Oar, "You can't let Barty down, can you?" "Rubbish!" waves Pete, "This is Faeda! I have to help in that fight!"
"How?" mumbles Oar, "By throwing rocks?" "Come along, too." agrees Vi, "We need all the help we can get!" "Right then, love!" nods Captain Pete, ready for an fight. They leave the camp and travel through merciless winds and deep snow. The lair was only hidden, a few miles away, but because of the snow and the snow-fiends along the way, it wasn't until night when they've reached the hidden castle. Hidden within huge cliffs and snow banks, there sat a huge enchanted castle. The castle seems as if it were something from a fairytale, that inside a prince resided, and great joy was to be had. But there was no prince here or joy...

Captain Pete: "Blimey!" (o_o)
Vi: "This castle has been here, for centuries. But no one has ever stumbled upon it." (-_-)
Oar: "And if they've had, I doubt they would live to tell about it." (-_-)
Galen: "Okay... let's head inside." (>_>)
Vi: "WHAT?! It's not time yet!" (o_o)
Galen: "But, I have a bad feeling... Faeda may be hurt!" (<_<)
Oar: "We will wait..." (-_-)
Captain Pete: "Wait for what? What are we doing again?" (o_O)
Galen: "We could just go inside, the others will catch up." (;u_u)
Oar: "Make a move and I will turn you into stone!" (-_-)
Galen: (o_o)
Captain Pete: "Bloody hell!" (o_o)
Vi: "We will wait and stay hidden... until it's time." (-_-)

Adie and Edeline have just pulled into the ice dock, of The Ice Fields, on an iron boat filled with allies. "Okay." hops Adie, reading the magical signal, "They're about six miles from here. We better hurry!" "Yeah," nods Edeline, "Turning her attention to the allies on board, "Okay, everyone! Follow the mage!" General Lu nods towards his men, letting them know to follow Edeline's orders. Many mages, bards, and warriors gather their arms. Something heavy thumps under deck and the boat rocks a bit. "Um," frowns Edeline, "Was it an good idea to invite him?" "Of course!" winks Adie.
Meanwhile... A sinister laugh echoes through Zev's castle. Fruma laughs madly at the Wings Of Light, waging one finger. "Oh," she laughs, "You are clever... so clever. But your cheap tricks can't last!" She begins to cast a spell. Each of the feathers began to burn and wither away! Fruma sings, "I know what to do now!" "Oh, no!" whimpers Faeda, watching the feathers began to burn from around her. "Don't worry!" calls the voice, "Your friends are here!"
Vi gasps, hearing the song. "It's time to go in!" she shouts, "Faeda's in trouble!" "About time!" yells Galen, rushing towards the front gate. He kicks it down, with tremendous strength, rushing into the lair with Vi, Oar, and Captain Pete. "What about backup?" yells Oar. "They're on their way!" yells Vi, "They're not far from us!" Zev's guards rush after the intruders, twenty men at once, charging our heroes. Oar begins to shoot arrows, turning them into stone, as Vi begins to sing. Galen fights as many as possible, his strength seemingly higher, as he worries about Faeda.

Oar: "We can't keep this up!" (-_-)
Galen: "Dammit! They keep coming and with them in the way..." W('O')W
Vi: "We can't get to Faeda!" (>_>)
Captain Pete: "Bugger off, you!" (;u_u)
Oar: "HEY! Watch where you're throwing those rocks!" (o_o)
Captain Pete: "So sorry!" (;^_^)
Oar: "Yeah... I bet..." (;-_-)
Vi: "Oar! Look out!!!" (o_o)
Oar: (o_o)

Four guards were closing in, behind Oar! But Galen kicks off an wall, propelling himself through air, and lands on all four them. While on the ground, Oar quickly turns them into stone. But more are sneaking closer to our group. Captain Pete runs out of rocks and begins to throw snowballs. Vi sings a few notes, stopping many, but many more are on the way. "We need help." sighs Vi.
Further inside... Lord Zev thunders down the stairs. "Lower beings!" he roared towards Fruma, "They are in the castle's gateway!" Faeda sits on the glass-like floor, burned feathers are littered around her, a helpless look on her face. "I have broke the spell." nods Fruma, ignoring Zev's outburst, "They Key is now yours, as well as the seer's death. I will go handle the intruders." Zev laughs darkly, moving closer to the frighten seer, his hands reaching for the Key. There is a huge thud, knocking Zev off his feet and Fruma back into the room.

Fruma: (o_o)
Zev: "What is it now?!" W('O')W
Fruma: "I'm not sure, my Lord. I shall see." (o_o)
Zev: "If it's not one thing, it's another..." (-_-)
Faeda: (^_^)
Zev: "What are you smiling about?" (>_>)
Faeda: "They're here!" (^_^)
Zev: "Yes, your lesser beings are here. Four of them, I believe." (u_u)
Faeda: "No... they are all here!" (^_^)
Zev: (o_O)
Faeda: "You're not going to win." (^_^)
Zev: "Don't waste my time with foolishness! Hand over the Key!" W('O')W
Fruma: "AHHHH!" (o_o)

Fruma is tossed back into the hall, hitting the chandelier, and landing on the stairs with a crunch. "Oh, come on!" growls Zev, "What is it now?!" A huge kitty paw punches through a wall, just feet from where Zev and Faeda, letting our heroes rush in. "Thanks, Sprinkles!" cheers Adie. "My pleasure!" bows the twelve foot tall orange tabby. "Get away from Faeda!" barks Oar, shooting an arrow towards Zev. Without a blink, Zev waves, sending the arrow back towards Oar. Galen quickly pulls his friend out the way. "Hey!" yells Adie, "That's cheating!" Edeline soars through the air, her sword drawn, ready to cut Zev in half! But with an lazy wave, he sends her into a wall!
"Edeline!" screams Faeda, trying to run towards her friends. But an arm wraps around her neck! Zev pulls Faeda closer to him, keeping her in a tight brace, his arm across her neck firmly. "Let her go!" shouts Galen. "Stay back." sighs Zev, almost bored, "I can so easily kill her, you know." He tighten his arm, choking Faeda, a sneer across his face. "Stop!" yells Vi, "Okay! We won't come closer! Just stop!" "Very good," nods Zev, letting Faeda breath again, "Now that I have your attention... I plan to obtain my Key and your lives mean nothing to me. If I must destroy the seer, or her friends, to get the Key... Well... that's not really an sacrifice, is it?"
"You bastard!" growls Galen. "No," waves Zev, "You are really the bastard here, Galen, son of Darren. Your father was pure... but the ignorance of that woman, lesser being, poisoned his mind and strength. Thus, you were born. Part of a noble blood and part of useless genetics." "I will kill you!!!" growls Galen. "I don't doubt that's true." grins Zev, "You have it in you, to kill. You have our blood, after all. You do feel that darkness, don't you, Galen? That need for blood, rid yourself of your enemies, to bathed in destruction! You are driven to kill, to know nothing but darkness! Don't fight it! It's your blood right!"

Galen: "NO!!! Shut up, shut up, SHUT UP!" (>_<)
Edeline: "Galen..." (o_o)
Zev: "Oh, Galen... you know it's true. That darkness in you... you try to hide from it..." (-_-)
Galen: "..." (-_-)
Zev: "You try to deny it..." (-_-)
Galen: "..." (-_-)
Zev: "But it's there..." (-_-)
Vi: "Galen, don't listen to him!!!" (o_o)
Zev: "Are you going to listen to those beings?" (-_-)
Adie: "Galen?" (o_O)
Zev: "You're smarter than them..." (-_-)

Zev: "You'll never fit in with them!" (-_-)

Zev: "You're one of us!!!" W('O')W

"You're right..." says Galen, facing the floor. "No!" yells Vi, "It's not true!" "Galen!" yells Edeline and Adie. "It's true." nods Galen, "I am one of you, Zev." "That's right." grins Zev. "But," says Galen, looking sharply towards Zev, "Just like my father, I deny you! And I deny the path of darkness!" "Hmph," frowns Zev, "I guess uselessness runs on that side of our family. Darren, Star, and you... all fools!" "Don't talk about my family that way!!!" roared Galen. He flew through the air, towards Zev, in pure fury.
Zev waves a hand, but Galen's fists cuts right through Zev's force, without struggle. He lands a foot and fist into Zev's face, causing the enemy to let go of Faeda. "Go, Galen!" cheers Adie. Faeda rushes towards her friends and out of harm's way. "No!" shrieks Fruma, rushing to stop Galen from hurting her leader. Sprinkles thunder into the room, swiping Fruma with his huge tail, sending her out onto the balcony. Edeline and Oar rush to the balcony to finish that fight! Captain Pete and Adie get into position to help Galen with Zev.
"H-how?" stammers Zev. "Your tricks have no power over me!" growls Galen, "Because I have light on my side!" Galen kicks Zev in the chest, sending him into a wall. On the balcony, the toss from Sprinkles has sent Fruma over the railing, hanging on the other side. Oar loads an arrow and aims it down upon her. "Please..." she begs, glancing down towards the icy rocks below, "I don't want to die. Please..." Edeline hesitates, looking into the pleading eyes of the girl. "Please..." Fruma whimpers, "Pull me up... please... I don't want to die." Oar sighs and reaches out an hand. Fruma clutches onto him, a twisted look on her face, "You will die with me, fool!" Edeline quickly hits Fruma in the hand, with the handle of her sword, causing the soldier to let go of Oar! Fruma shrieks as she falls to her death.

Galen: "Zev! You have no more power here!" W('O')W
Zev: "That's what you believe, but it's not accurate..." (-_-)
Adie: "Give it up! You can't beat us now!" (u_u)
Captain Pete: "Mental..." (-_-)
Zev: "I've ruled for centuries. Do you honestly believe your friendship and love will stop me now!" (-_-)
Galen: "Oh, shut up! It's time for you to pay!" W('O')W
Adie: "Yah! Pay for the things you've done to Serenity!" (;u_u)
Zev: "I don't think so..." (-_-)
Captain Pete: "You're weak and there's no where to escape!" (>_<)
Zev: "Useless..." (-_-)

Zev lets out a maddening laugh, it echoes through out the castle, vibrating through the chandelier. Galen takes another swing at Zev, Adie cast her spell, and Captain Pete tosses a snowball. When the smoke clears, Zev has disappeared. "Where is he?!" growls Galen. "Gone." frowns Adie. "Bloody hell," gasps Captain Pete, "We've turned him into ash!" "No," sighs Galen, "He teleported. Coward..." "Captain Pete..." huffs Adie, annoyed, "'Turned him into ash'... what a dumb thing!" "What?" frowns Pete, "It could happen! If you told me a twelve foot tabby was going to save us, I would have thought you've gone a bit rum. But it's possible, now isn't it?"
"He's got you there." giggles Vi, patting Sprinkles. Faeda giggles too. "Right you are." nods Pete, proudly. "That's not the same!" frowns Adie. "What isn't?" asks Edeline, coming back into the room, with Oar. "Where's Fruma?" asks Galen. "Fell to her death." says Oar, flatly. "Where's Zev?" asks Edeline. "We turned him into dust!" nods Captain Pete. "No, we didn't!" hops Adie. "He teleported." says Galen. "My explanation is more fun." sulks Captain Pete. "Faeda!" gasps Oar, just remembering, "Are you okay? Were you hurt?" "No." blushes Faeda, "I'm just fine, Oar!" Oar sighs, relieved.
"I think everyone is okay." nods Vi. "I'm just angry that Zev got away." frowns Galen, folding his arms. "Don't worry." says Oar, "He'll show up again." "And next time you be ready for him." says a child's voice. Everyone turns to see a little boy, partly transparent, standing before them. "What the hell is that?!" yells Galen, alarmed. "It's Rolmir." smiles Faeda, "One of the guardians." "I have a message for you all." he says...
